Statement on Sustainability Development Policy

Sino-Japan Chemical Co., Ltd. is committed to our mission of “Providing prosperity and comfort to people and society, with our unique technology” in accordance with our philosophy of “Safe production and social contribution.” We strive to fulfill our corporate social responsibility even as we engage in the pursuit of sustainability and profitability. The following Sustainability Best Practice Principles covering the three aspects of Environmental (E), Social (S), and Corporate Governance (G) were therefore formulated to reflect our commitment to realizing the vision of promoting balanced and sustainable development in the economy, society, and environmental ecology.

  1. We pride ourselves on being a sustainable manufacturer and catalyst for green transition in environmental co-prosperity. We actively support and participate in environmental advocacy and issues of social concern. We have disclosed carbon reduction targets in response to the challenges posed by climate change and global warming.
  2. We adhere to internationally recognized labor rights by banning discrimination, ensuring equal opportunity in the workplace, respecting the rights of employees, cultivating talent, and providing reasonable compensation and benefits to foster a healthy and safe workplace.
  3. We value corporate governance by complying with legal and ethical norms and upholding the rights and interests of customers, employees, shareholders, and all stakeholders. ESG-related information is provided in an accurate, timely, open, and transparent manner to create a win-win outcome for all parties that secures their long-term trust.
  4. We have an in-depth understanding of the risks and opportunities in the workplace as well as how they affect work carried out under our control. We have therefore established and are continuing to enforce management systems for quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection.
